Our comprehensive testing hall can perform specialized tests for each product. We have sumptuously introduced various testing equipment unprecedented in the world and perform all tests required to achieve high-performance and high-quality of products. Since we handle products protecting human lives, we have established our own standards which are stricter than the domestic official standards, and have carried out thorough quality control in each process from raw materials to parts and finished products.

Our comprehensive testing hall performs many tests for each product and process. In the final testing for finished products, clients are present at the test in the testing hall. They actually use the products and judge the product performance. As a result, some products will pass, others may be difficult to use and need further improvement. Both safety and efficiency are evaluated. For these verification tests, it is necessary to determine the product performance in actual use, so practical testing facilities assumed construction sites such as electric power and construction are essential. Therefore, we have installed four steel towers at outdoor. The highest tower is 35m. In addition, if there are new client demands and new product development is needed, not only existing testing equipment but also new one may be necessary. Even though we have to take high-mix low-volume production method due to characteristics of our products, we absolutely make sure the quality of each product.
